Lyrics
You ought to be doing Sans Souci
Old New Orleans invented oui, oui, oui
You ought to be doing it yes-sir-ree
It’s gonna start a mild sensation
In ev’ry rhythm speaking nation
We should worry
That’s the literal translation
You ought to be doing Sans Souci
Old New Orleans invented oui, oui, oui
You ought to be doing it yes-sir-ree
It’s gonna start a mild sensation
In ev’ry rhythm speaking nation
We should worry
That’s the literal translation
Interlude
I don’t care if the whole world see me
Acting dreamy in your arms
It only goes to prove that romancing
While we’re dancing still hath charms
Performance
