- The general condition grade alone is not sufficient disclosure for this specific flaw
- The repaired crack should be specifically mentioned, even though it isn’t visually obvious
- When uncertain whether to disclose something, disclosing more protects both buyer and vendor
- This level of specific honesty is what condition disclosure standards are actually for
