About the Role
Magic Kingdom Music is seeking a motivated and experienced Artist Manager to support and develop talented musicians throughout their careers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the music industry, artist development, branding, and business strategy. You will work closely with singers, songwriters, musicians, producers, and creative teams to help artists build successful and sustainable careers.
As an Artist Manager, you will coordinate projects, oversee career planning, manage business relationships, and identify opportunities for performances, recordings, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term career strategies for artists.
- Coordinate music releases, recording sessions, and promotional campaigns.
- Build relationships with producers, record labels, venues, promoters, media outlets, and industry professionals.
- Identify performance opportunities, collaborations, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate business agreements.
- Manage artist schedules, meetings, travel, and event planning.
- Oversee branding, social media presence, and public image.
- Work closely with marketing, content creation, and production teams.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend growth opportunities.
- Support artists in achieving creative and commercial success.
Qualifications
- Experience in artist management, talent management, music business, entertainment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the music industry and artist development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artists and projects simultaneously.
- Professional network within the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
- Passion for helping artists grow their careers.
