Field Scenario
A vendor submits a listing using a manufacturer stock photo instead of a photo of the actual instrument they’re selling, which has some visible wear.
What You Actually Recommend
- Replace the stock photo with real photos of the actual item being sold
- Include honest close-ups of the visible wear, matching the condition description
- Use even lighting and a clean background for the primary listing photos
- Show multiple angles so a buyer can confidently evaluate the actual condition
